Zine Shack

Stumbling through the ever-winding cobbled streets of the digital city’s sprawling back alley markets; you stumble upon a rather odd looking dusty little wooden shack. Glaring at you from behind a messy coin riddled counter, a feline sorcerer quietly mumbles under their breath as they beckon you forth with a peculiar hand gesture landing half way between an unenthusiastic wave and a confused clenching motion. Staring into the ramshackle stall, you’re taken aback by the chaotic nature of the items cluttering the small space. Clumsily crafted ceramics, stray felines, zines, muddled stacks of paper and peculiar poetry chapbooks litter the aptly named ‘Zine Shack’. The sorcerer leans forward and thrusts a crumpled paper ornament into your open palm!

“A souvenir...” they mumble, slinking back into the shadows of their little splinter riddled shelter. Glancing down at your hand, you take in the odd nature of the item you’ve been gifted. A small, tattered paper replica of their zine shack, the fine details a near perfect depiction of the puzzling shop before your eyes. The sorcerer shoots you a grin from the dark corner in which they lurk, scuttling away behind a stack of boxes to rummage for some unknown treasure.
